Dei (full name: Deivon Talvyrvei) is a Discord bot created and operated by Ajay Hunter. Dei provides moderation tools, server management features, engagement systems, and a conversational character experience for Discord communities. Use of the bot is provided free of charge at this time, subject to these terms.

By adding Dei to your server, you as the server owner or administrator accept responsibility for:
You must not grant dashboard access to individuals who may misuse it. You are responsible for all actions taken by anyone with access to your server's dashboard.
Dei includes a vent channel feature with crisis keyword detection that provides mental health resources. This feature is intended to offer a compassionate, supportive response - it is not a substitute for professional mental health support. Dei is not a licensed counsellor or crisis service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services or a professional crisis line in your country.
By enabling the vent channel feature, server administrators acknowledge this distinction and take responsibility for ensuring their community members understand it.
Dei's moderation tools (warnings, bans, kicks, timeouts, automod) are provided to help maintain safe communities. These tools must be used fairly and in good faith. We reserve the right to revoke bot access from servers that demonstrably misuse moderation features to harm, target, or discriminate against users.
Dei collects and stores limited data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the bot, you consent to this data collection on behalf of yourself and, by adding the bot, on behalf of your server members. You are responsible for informing your server members that moderation actions, warnings, and certain user data may be stored.
Dei is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the bot will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.
We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from bot downtime, data loss, or changes to functionality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dei is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the bot will meet your requirements, that it will be secure or free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the bot is entirely at your own risk.
Ajay Hunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Dei, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to zero, as Dei is provided free of charge.
You may stop using Dei at any time by removing it from your server. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Dei for any server or user that violates these terms, without notice and without liability.
Upon removal, we will retain stored data (warnings, logs, etc.) for a reasonable period before deletion, unless you request immediate removal via the contact form.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the bot after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America (USA). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the USA.
